Objective

Simplify the onboarding process for everyone involved, providing a smooth experience for managers, new employees, contractors, mentors, and administrators.

Offer a flexible solution that works well on desktops, mobiles, iPads, and other devices, ensuring a uniform user experience.

Enhance visibility and completion times by centralizing tasks and information.

  • New Hire Profile:

Clicking on a new hire's profile shows key details like start date, location, and a visual progress bar indicating their onboarding phase. New hires and managers can view specific activities and their completion status for detailed insights.

  • Manager Connect

Clicking on the “Connect with your manager” task on new hire’s profile will take the user to a page with their manager's info. This screen is designed for a new hire to connect with their manager to facilitate seamless communication and foster a sense of support and guidance from day one. The screen features a user-friendly interface that empowers the new hire to initiate contact with their manager effortlessly while providing valuable context and resources for a successful onboarding experience and a smooth transition into the organization.
